How to Use:
- Mix 1 part Illumina Color with 1 part Wella Professionals Welloxon Perfect Developer.
- Apply evenly to dry hair from roots to ends.
- Process for approximately 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly and follow with a color-care shampoo.
Not recommended for mixing with Koleston Perfect. Always perform an Allergy Alert Test 48 hours before each coloration.
