Authenticity Guarantee
At Niram.in , we only stock authentic products. All our items are genuine and are sourced directly from the manufacturer or from their authorized distributors. Prior to shipping, we do several levels of rigorous quality checks, hence eliminating any chances of counterfeit products. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of any of the items you have purchased from us or are considering purchasing, please contact us directly by emailing us at hello@niram.in or Whatsapp 8608791000 and we shall be happy to address your concerns.
Returns policy for Full-Size Products
The product can be returned in a period of 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that used products cannot be returned. To return the unused goods, please email us at Hello@niram.in or Whatsapp 8608791000 and we will walk you through the process till completion.
Special instructions for Cosmetics:
You can return an item for the following reasons:
- Received a damaged product
- Received an expired product
- Received a wrong product/ wrong shade
- Received a wrong size/ quantity
Special instructions for reverse pickup: The reverse product will be assigned within 24-48 hours and the product will be picked in another 4-5 working days.
After the product is picked along with the packaging box, the delivery executive will hand over the invoice. We will need a picture of this invoice to be shared with us on hello@niram.in
Refunds Policy
Refunds are processed in a maximum of 7 days from the date on which Niram.in receives returned goods. In case of prepaid order through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 working days. In case of Cash-on-Delivery order, a refund cheque will be deposited in your bank account in favor of the “Billing Name” used while placing the order or bank transfer will be made for which certain details need to be provided over email (hello@Niram.in), the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 working days.
Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
Cancellation policy
An order can be cancelled only up to it is in "Pending" state. Once we start processing, it can not be cancelled. You will have to send us an email on hello@niram.in or Whatsapp 8608791000 with reasons for the cancellation. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order You will be notified of the same by email.
Note: Any single product in the kit/set cannot be replaced or returned.
Return & Refund Policy (Sri Lanka)
At Niram.in, we strive to bring you the best in beauty and health. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with the Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA) of Sri Lanka.
1. Return Window
You have 7 or 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Eligibility & Conditions
To ensure hygiene and safety, the following conditions apply:

Sealed Packaging: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all security seals intact.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number from Niram.in is required.

Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or hair care products.

Personal care tools (razors, brushes, etc.) unless defective.

Clearance/Sale items .

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include: Photos of the damaged product and the outer packaging.

Resolution: We will provide a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Authorization: Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item is defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

Approval: If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card/Bank Transfer).

Timeline: You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.

Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support team.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for selected products and specific pin codes as determined by our logistics partners.
Niram reserves the right to modify or limit COD availability at any time based on order value, location, or product type.
Customers will be informed at checkout if the COD option is available for their selected items.
